Recipes - Cookie Recipe Anchovy

ingredients:

200 g margarine
2 egg yolks
250 grams of wheat flour
50 g cornstarch
1 / 4 tsp baking powder
100 grams of rice anchovies, fried, finely crushed
1 egg yolk, to spread
100 grams of rice anchovies, fried, mashed rough for sprinkling
4 red chilies, seeded, cut into small 
dice



How to cook:
Mix the flour, cornstarch and baking powder. Sift and set aside.
Beat the butter until soft, put the egg yolks one at a time, beating well until blended
Enter the flour mixture gradually while stirring, add the anchovies finely ground rice into it.Stir well.
Roll out dough to a thickness of 0.3 cm, printed in the form of a triangle
Arrange the dough on a baking sheet that has been spread with margarine.
Brush the dough with egg yolk, sprinkle with red chili rice and anchovies in the middle.
Bake in the oven with a temperature of 150 degrees centigrade for 35 minutes until cooked. Remove and serve.
